NET member Telecom Support Specialists was engaged by AZ Freight Systems to relocate and upgrade its call center systems to a facility in Linden, New Jersey.

According to Peter Reganato, Telecom Support Specialists President and CEO, “The challenge was to design and implement a full system and services transition plan that could be executed as seamlessly as possible. We had to make certain AZ operations and security measures were continuing to function during the transition.”

Late in the project, says Peter, “AZ had furniture and equipment shipped in from their Chicago location. Unfortunately, due to a third party vendor error, what was shipped didn’t meet project specs. I informed AZ management that I had a company that could solve the problem in time for the cutover to the new system, which was only 48 hours away.”

AZ management asked Peter to do what was necessary to get the job done.
